Solutions Conferences focused on neighborhood issues;
- for organizing
the island-wide Hugs NOT Drugs campaigns that involved hundreds
of community members standing up and saying "enough is
enough";
- for never taking
"no" for an answer; for always reaching out to others;
- and, for instilling
in our children and our communities that through belief and
hope we can and we will stem the tide of ICE.
