as Waikoloa Community-Based Substance Abuse Rehabilitation and Recovery
Program, is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation
of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as the ONLY Integrated Mental
Health and Substance Abuse Program on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Due to this accreditation, LTC is able to provide treatment for dually
diagnosed clients.
